I found this hotel very convenient, especially given its proximity to the metro station (it is near several good restaurants). The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. I appreciated the daily cleaning service. Fresh towels made my mornings much better.
The air conditioning in my room seemed to have limited functionality. I found controlling the temperature a bit challenging (a minor inconvenience overall).

I found a few issues . the air conditioning was ineffective. It seemed to make the room hotter. also, the shutters were permanently closed. i could not open the window fully, severely limiting ventilation.

check-in was easy upon arrival. a package i had delivered before my arrival was received and given to me without problems. cleaning staff always switched out every towel and left everything very good each morning.
the room needed repairs. it was not acceptable for the price of the stay.
